Supplies Needed:
Tube of Choice, I am using a PTU Tube called ♥Kaley♥ By ©Spazzd Art
Andrea, comes with two different hair colors and 4 different colored tops.

Scrap Kit of choice, I am using a PTU Scrapkit called ♥Kaley♥ By Ginnibug Designz

Mask of choice
Program Used: Paint Shop Pro X7 but any PSP should work.

Let's Begin
650X650 New Image Canvas-Transparent BKgrnd
Open your tube of choice
Copy & Paste to your canvas. Resize & Position to the center of canvas. Flip by pressing ctrl+M.
Open K98
Copy & Paste to bottom layer. Resize & Position add to lower bottom center of tube.
Open K6
Cope & Paste to bottom layer. Resize and Position add to upper left of element K98.
Open K4
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube. Resize & Position add to bottom left up against K98.
Open K1
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube. Resize & Position add to bottom left up against K4 and rotate.
Open K24
Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position add to bottom left against K1.
Open New Layer
Select Ellipse Tool - Width 15.00 - Close bottom color box - Click on top color and go to Gradient tab - adjust color you wish to use - Set repeats to 19 - Add to your creation - Duplicate - Move copy above tube - Select Erase Tool - Erase around your top copy we just made- Erase the bottom part of your tube layer.
Open K58
Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position add to right bottom.
Open K61
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube. Resize & Position add to just behind K58 off to right.
Open K85
Copy & Paste to layer just below K61. Resize & Position add to right side.Select top copy of frame we made and erase where palm tree is.
Open K56
Copy & Paste to layer just above K98. Resize & Position add to center bottom.
Open K104
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube. Resize & Position add to center of canvas and adjust as you wish.
Open K33
Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position add to right side paste as if on K61 and rotate.
Open KP5
Copy & Paste on bottom layer
Resize to fit canvas
Then add mask of choice
Mask I used is called MSL_Mask302
Font used Cobar Size 20 (Bold)

Drop shadow used in all layers was
Vertical: 2 Horizontal: 2 Opacity: 65 Blur: 13.00
To finish add any other details and your copyright.
Make sure to save your work then you are finished.

Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position add to bottom left against K1.
Open New Layer

Copy & Paste to layer just below tube. Resize & Position add to center of canvas and adjust as you wish.
Open K33
Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position add to right side paste as if on K61 and rotate.
Open KP5
Copy & Paste on bottom layer
Resize to fit canvas
Then add mask of choice
