Supplies Needed:
Tube of Choice, I am using a PTU Tube called *Angel* By ©Fedor ♥

Scrap Kit of choice, I am using a PTU Scrapkit called *Crazy Beautiful* By Amy Marie♥
You can her amazing kits in her store here.
Mask of choice
Program Used: Paint Shop Pro X7 but any PSP should work.

Let's Begin
650X650 New Image Canvas-Transparent BKgrnd
Open your tube of choice
Copy & Paste to your canvas. Resize & Position to the center.
Open (96)
Copy & Paste to bottom layer. Resize & Position to the center behind your tube.
Open (26)
Cope & Paste to top layer. Resize and Position add to bottom of work as I have done. (Duplicate) flip vertical by pressing ctrl+I then move copy to top of frame move down behind tube layer.
Open (1)
Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position add to bottom then move to left from center. (Duplicate) with copy mirror image by pressing ctrl+B.
Open (17)
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube. Resize & Position add to right side place behind tube. (Duplicate) with copy mirror image by pressing ctrl+B.
Open (72)
Copy & Paste to layer just below (1). Resize & Position add to left side bottom blend in with the flowers.
Open (97)
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube. Resize & Position add to right side bottom blend in with flowers.
Open (90)
Copy & Paste to layer just below top (26). Resize & Position add to right side center of frame. (Duplicate) with copy mirror image by pressing ctrl+B.
Open PP(15)
Copy & Paste on bottom layer
Resize to fit canvas
Then add mask of choice
Mask I used is called RR_MaskSet22_1_
Font used DearJoe4 Size 14 (Bold)

Drop shadow used in all layers was
Vertical: 2 Horizontal: 2 Opacity: 45 Blur: 14.00
To finish add any other details and your copyright.
Make sure to save your work then you are finished.
