Program Used: Paint Shop Pro X6 but any PSP should work.

Let's Begin
650X650 New Image Canvas-Transparent BKgrnd
Open your tube of choice
Copy & Paste Resize & Position off to the right side. Flip Horizontal ctrl+M
Open KBK_SimplySteam 4
Copy &Paste to bottom of canvas Resize & Position to the center of your canvas. Then adjust your tube layer as you wish.
Open KBK_SimplySteam 1
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube. Resize & Position to fit the right side so it looks like it is behind tube layer.
Open KBK_SimplySteam 11
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube layer. Resize & Position to fit to upper of SimplySteam 4 layer.
Open KBK_SimplySteam 49
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube layer. Resize & Position off to center upper of SimplySteam 4 layer. (Duplicate) Flip Horizontal ctrl+M move over to right side under tube and arrange to your likes.
Open KBK_SimplySteam 59
Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position to bottom left of canvas. Flip Horizontal ctrl+M
Open KBK_SimplySteam 101
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube. Resize & Position to right side center then down toward bottom of tube.
Open KBK_SimplySteam 48
Copy & Paste to bottom layer. Resize & Poissition to bottom off to left side.
Open KBK_SimplySteam 21
Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position to upper left corner of your work.
Open your tube again
Copy & Paste to layer just below SimplySteam 21. Resize & Position to fit inside frame as I have done. Then select your frame layer and get your magic wand. Click inside the frame now you should see marching ants. Then select your tube layer and make sure you have your pionter and click on tube. It should have cropped your tube then delete your original tube layer we started with. Select you tube and press shift+B set you settings to Brightness 21 and Cointrast -28
Open KBK_SimplySteam 19
Copy & Paste to layer just two layers down from tube layer. Resize & Position to upper right side of tube and rotate.
Open KBK_SimplySteam 18
Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position to lower left side toward middle.
Open KBK_SimplySteam 9
Copy& Paste to bottom layer. Resize & Position to fit the upper part of our work more to the left side and rotate.
Open KBK_SimplySteam 17
Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position to center bottom. (Duplicate) Flip Horizontal ctrl+M add to to other side to match.
Open KBK_SimplySteam 64
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube. Resize & Position to fit behind tube.
Open KBK_SimplySteam Paper 16
Copy & Paste on bottom layer
Resize to fit frame layer.
Then add mask of choice
Mask I used is called MPM_mask01
Font used Into the Wild Demo Size 10

Drop shadow used in all layers was
Vertical: 2 Horizontal: 2 Opacity: 45 Blur: 14.00
To finish add any other details and your copyright.
Make sure to save your work then you are finished.
