Program Used: Paint Shop Pro X6 but any PSP should work.

650X650 New Image Canvas-Transparent BKgrnd
Open your tube of choice
Copy & Paste Resize & Position off to the right side some but not to much or as you wish. (Duplicate)
Open KBK_PureCountry 74
Copy &Paste to bottom of canvas Resize & Position to the center of your canvas. Then adjust your tube layer as you wish.
Open KBK_PureCountry 77
Copy & Paste to layer just below both tube layers. Resize & Position to fit the bottom right corner of tube layer or to your desire. Then move one of the tube layers under this element and use your eraser on to tube layer. Then once you have the top tube layer then erase your bottom tube layer so it looks as if the tube is suppose to be in the frame as I have done.

Copy & Paste to layer just below frame layer. Resize & Position to center.

Copy & Paste to layer just below tube layer. Resize & Position off to right side center as I have done or to your likes. (Duplicate) Flip Horizontal ctrl+M and move to other side to match as I have done.

Vertical: 2 Horizontal: 2 Opacity: 45 Blur: 14.00
To finish add any other details and your copyright.
Make sure to save your work then you are finished.
