650X650 New Image Canvas-Transparent BKgrnd

Open your tube of choice
Copy & Paste  Resize & Position in center toward bottom of canvas

Open Hot to Polkadot 26
Copy &Paste to bottom of canvas Resize & Position Rotate as I have in center of canvas.

Open Hot to Polkadot 20
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube layer Resize & Position to fit the top left corner of frame layer.

Open Hot to Polkadot 72
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube layer. Resize & Position to right bottom corner of frame layer.

Open Hot to Polkadot 81
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube layer. Resize & Position off to left side more to top of frame.

Open Hot to Polkadot 118
Copy & Paste to layer just above frame layer. Resize & Position

Open Hot to Polkadot 33
Copy & Paste to layer 2 below tube layer. Resize & Position off to right bottom corner of frame layer.

Open Hot to Polkadot 71
Copy & Paste to layer just above tube layer. Resize & Poissition off to Right bottom side as you like.

Open Hot to Polkadot 83
Copy & Paste to layer just above tube layer. Resize & Position just a little off to left from center.

Open Hot to Polkadot 100
Copy & Paste to very bottom layer.Resize & Position off to right upper side of frame layer.

Open Hot to Polkadot 104
Copy & Paste to very bottom layer. Resize & Position off to left bottom of frame layer as you wish.

Open Hot to Polkadot 98
Copy & Paste to layer just below tube layer. Resize & Position off to right side upper part of frame. (Duplicate) Flip Vertical by pressing ctrl+M and move to left side and place it to your liking.

Open Hot to Polkadot 113
Copy & Paste to layer just above frame layer . Resize, Rotate & Position to rightupper corner.

Open Hot to Polkadot 126
Copy & Paste  to layer just above frame layer. Resize & Position to left side to bottom of tube.

Open Hot to Polkadot 110
Copy & Paste to top layer. Resize & Position to left lower corner.

Open Hot to Polkadot Paper 26
Copy & Paste on bottom layer
Resize to fit frame layer.

Open Hot to Polkadot Paper 10
Copy & Paste to bottom layer.
Resize to fit canvas layer.

Then add mask of choice
Mask I used is called sg_starsmask_07

Font used Before the Rain

Vertical: 2  Horizontal: 2  Opacity: 45  Blur: 14.00

Make sure to save your work then you are finished.
